Episode #53 features a discussion about the high contrast feature of Microsoft Windows as a tool to help students access on-screen information.

A.T.TIP #86: High Contrast Feature of Windows

For Windows XP & Windows 7 use Left Shift + Left Alt + Prnt Scrn to open the High Contrast window.

When you hit the Settings button the Accessibility Options window appears and the Display tab is automatically selected.

When you select Settings this time, you are presented with the Settings for High Contrast window.  Here you can turn off the keyboard shortcut and select from 36 different schemes.
